The combination massage is a unique technique of our institute and is different from other forms of massage. There are various techniques such as long stroking, short stroking, tapping, pressing, shaking, stretching the muscles which will help stimulate blood circulation and the body to excrete lactic acid better and faster.
Although sports massage is developed primarily for use in sports. But for individuals whether those who exercise regularly or those who must use the same muscle truss repeatedly at work, such as office workers that requires muscles around the neck and shoulders throughout the 8 hours, can use sport massage techniques to help relaxing the muscles and relieve the exhaustion as well.
